Thy 2-days leadership training

I felt that the 2-days leadership training was the most interesting and meaningful one I ever had. what i had attended in the past was mostly talks to train your mind and behaviour. but surprisingly, every leadership training i had attended was so different.

during the 2-days training, I could feel the seriousness and sincerity in them. Having to plan so many activities for so many people is not easy at all. and, they used a very unique way to teach/train us. I am not trying to pity them here. i am speaking from my experience. 4 friends and I tried to organize a 3days and 2nights camp for my secondary school choir which was as big as 100 people. (CAn you imagine the level of difficulty when there were few hundreds people?) Perhaps it was due to the people I worked with, so I felt very fun to work them.

But, seriously, we could almost go mad because some of our ideas were rejected by the seniors and teachers and a few people gave us attitude on the day of camp.-_-" We had to accept it. but, what we worried most was what if they did not know how to appreciate our hard work. Anyway, they did. Most did. We definitely felt a sense of achievement and extremely hapi.

I hope that everyone could appreciate their hard work. If I were them, I would cry. Anyway, I never regretted about going back today. It made me realize something. and, i wish to have a good laugh at it.
