Stupid acts
I was really doing something in the afternoon which I found myself…actually, no words to describe.
Firstly, I was supposed to make calls to customers to get information from them. Before calling, I had to ensure that I knew what to ask from them. While making one of the calls, I actually started to day-dream (Did I ever say that I often day-dream at the most critical moment which could be when lecturers/tutors were explaining something so important?*shrug* I am hopeless) so when the call got through, I went totally blur. I told the customer to wait for awhile.
-_-”
I think he was nice enough to agree and wait for awhile. As I was panicking, so I could not find what I wanted to find. Eventually, I said “I am sorry. I will call back again” and called back again within a minute. (Ah..! Chu Er! You dumb dumb!)
IF this was heard by any of the bosses, I will surely get severe scolding.
Lastly, I was supposed to fax a document to customer. I used a telephone-like fax machine before and was taught how to use the photocopy-like machine which includes photocopy, fax and scan functions 3 weeks ago so I was quite clueless as to how to use it.
My supervisor refused to teach me again because she said that she taught me before. But, today was the first time whereby I used it. =/ SO, I
experimentedtried it out myself. Ha ha ha. I was really unlucky because the paper got jammed when I tried it for the first time. O.O
So after making a new copy, I tried it again and again and again. I asked for help from someone too but the document was not successfully sent over to the customer. So, I went out and gave a smile to my supervisor and said that I did not think it was okay.
Then, she checked the sending schedule. Guess what? I sent out a total of 5 times to the customer. O.O
All I did was…sticking out my tongue->shrugged and gave out a sheepish smile->started laughing.
I laughed because the customer must have thought that I was being ridiculous for faxing so many copies over.
If you look at it in an optimistic manner, I was being very sincere to ask him to complete his application. =D
